31/2 cups bread
3 cups granulated sugar
2 tsp baking soda
Inch 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground cloves
11/2 Glasses of Semisweet mini chocolate chips
1 cup peppermint oil
2/3 cup water
2 cups canned, Basic pumpkin
Combine all dry ingredients, except chocolate chips, at a big mixing bowl and mix properly.
In another bowl, slightly beat the eggs with a fork or wire whisk. Add the rest wet ingredients to the eggs and stir properly. Gently add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until evenly blended. Fold in chips.
Coat two bread pans equally with cooking spray. Pour half of the mixture to each and every pan.
